Mark Cyphers, CEO
For more than two decades, Mark has been the owner and President of DC Web Designers, a high-end web and development firm in Washington, DC. Focused on effective messaging, branding, elite design, and digital marketing, he has worked with some of the most notable organizations in the world. Mark’s expertise in the digital space aligns perfectly with police departments seeking highly effective websites, a strong social media presence, and successful digital marketing efforts. Mark has dedicated the last 18 months to Find A Force as a Partner and CEO.
Stacey Certner, COO
Stacey spent her early career working with today’s leading hospitality brands and running 15 hotels in the Northeast region by age 30. In 2004 she joined DC Web Designers, a high-end marketing and web design firm as the Senior Vice President. She has worked with hundreds of clients developing their brand, marketing strategies, product rollouts, and web presences. She has dedicated the last year and a half to Find A Force as a Partner and COO, dedicated to making an impact and solve the staffing crisis in law enforcement.
